You can permanently delete your Hatchd account and its progress, including a guest account.

1. Open Hatchd on a device where you are signed in.
2. Choose You from the bottom navigation.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

Deletion removes your profile, puzzle attempts, companion progress, inventory, friends, and optional analytics records from the live service. Backups expire within seven days. This cannot be undone.

Any store subscription must be canceled separately in Apple or Google subscription settings.

If you cannot open the app, email support@madovertech.io with the subject “Hatchd account deletion” and your friend code or linked account email. We will need to verify ownership. Never send your password or private sign-in token.
